Account & Data Deletion

ROrange Games publishes Cooking Flow: Conveyor Puzzle. This page explains how to request deletion of your game account and associated data, what will be deleted, what may be retained, and how to cancel a pending request.

Request Account Deletion

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

1. In the Game, open Settings > Delete Account and follow the instructions.
2. If you cannot access the Game, email privacy@rorange.games with the subject Cooking Flow Account Deletion Request.

In your email, provide only the information reasonably needed to locate your account:

• The app name: Cooking Flow: Conveyor Puzzle.
• Your in-game Player ID, if available.
• Your Google Play Games Player ID, if you linked Google Play Games and the ID is available.
• Any previous deletion-request date or reference number, if applicable.

Do not send your password, authentication token, full purchase receipt or purchase token, payment-card details, government ID, or other unnecessary sensitive information. If we cannot locate the correct account, we may ask for limited additional information to verify and process the request.

Uninstalling the Game does not delete your account or associated server data.

What Happens After You Submit a Request

After your request is accepted, the Game or our support process schedules the account for deletion and applies a 30-day grace period.

During the grace period, you may cancel the request in the Game or by emailing privacy@rorange.games. After the grace period ends, the backend completes the deletion without requiring you to reinstall, reopen, or sign in to the Game.

After permanent deletion is completed, the account and deleted game data cannot be restored.

Data We Delete

When permanent deletion is completed, we delete or irreversibly disconnect the account-related data that we control, including:

• The Cooking Flow publisher account and authentication relationship.
• Player profile information, including an optional display name or avatar selection.
• Google Play Games binding information stored by Cooking Flow.
• Cloud progress, level and event progress, settings, inventory, virtual currencies, and entitlements stored in the game account.
• Account-linked operation records used for synchronization and duplicate prevention, except for limited de-identified anti-fraud records described below.
• Account-linked first-party analytics, rejected analytics records, diagnostics, and error telemetry.
• The active deletion request after it is no longer required for processing or a minimal deletion audit.

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, tax, accounting, refunds, chargebacks, or dispute resolution.

• A purchase-token fingerprint may be retained in de-identified form for up to 730 days to prevent the same purchase from being redeemed more than once. Player and order references are removed from this record.
• Support communications may normally be retained for up to 24 months after the request is resolved, unless a longer period is required for a dispute or legal obligation.
• Deleted information may remain in access-restricted backups until the normal backup rotation completes, for no longer than 90 days. It is not used for ordinary operations, and deletion is reapplied if a backup is restored.
• Minimal deletion-audit information may be retained to demonstrate that a request was processed, but it must not be used to reconstruct the deleted account or gameplay profile.

Google Play processes payment methods, billing-account information, purchase history, and certain platform records under Google's own policies. ROrange Games does not receive your full payment-card number. Deleting your Cooking Flow account does not automatically delete information controlled independently by Google.

Cancel a Pending Deletion

Before the 30-day grace period ends, you can cancel a pending deletion request:

1. Open the cancellation option shown in the Game, if it is available for your pending request.
2. Email privacy@rorange.games with the subject Cancel Cooking Flow Account Deletion and provide your in-game Player ID or deletion-request reference, if available.

A request cannot be canceled after permanent deletion has been completed.
