To help us process your request, please provide your app name, email address, and your in-game Player ID or Google Play Games Player ID if available.

After receiving your request, we will delete or anonymize the account-related data that we control, where applicable, including game account binding information, cloud save data, gameplay progress data, and player profile data stored by our game services.

Some data may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, or platform compliance reasons. For example, purchase records handled by Google Play may be retained according to Google Play’s policies and legal requirements.

We usually process deletion requests within 30 days after receiving sufficient information to identify the account or data.
